Since 2018, Mr. Stevens has been retained for mediations by counsel from one-third of the Am100 law firms; mediation parties have included more than a dozen Global Fortune 500 companies and other companies in diverse industries from Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Peoples Republic of China, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, and Uruguay. 


Since 2018, Mr. Stevens has conducted mediations in Chicago, Il, Washington, D.C., New York, New York, Los Angeles, California, and most recently, Tokyo, Japan – addressing disputes in litigation before the United States District Courts and the United States International Trade Commission as well as multi-district and parallel litigation before the USPTO, EPO, and the courts of the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, China, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan.


Mr. Stevens is a Mediation Panelist for the American Arbitration Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the United States International Trade Commission.


Mr. Stevens has had a lifelong commitment to Alternative Dispute Resolution, conciliation, and settlement in a variety of contexts, from formal high-stakes litigation – particularly Section 337 and global IP litigation -- to intra-denominational church governance disputes, to restorative justice work with pre-release Federal prisoners, to refugee family interventions.
